A room that keeps good hours

NOLA sits on the Municipal Market square, in the heart of Paphos Old Town. Green marble, bottle-green banquettes, cane chairs and soft light — a room built to feel right whether you have come for a flat white or a last drink.

We draw on the Mediterranean and cook with modern hands: bright brunch plates, dishes made to share, and cocktails for the patio. Genuine hospitality is the whole point.
